Its night again.. n i'm feeling lonely again :'(
but i had a good day today, the weather was good but a bit too windy..did all e things i had to do..michelle invited me over to her house for lunch..everything looked different when i stepped out of the house today..there's a tram service outside my house now, and spring's coming! so all the trees are blooming and the australians have stopped hibernating..saw so many of them on the street today..
I went to Chinatown w Michelle to do grocery shopping after lunch, i'm on a tight budget..haha so had to scrimp and save and choose the cheapest stuff, n plan my budget well
i'm gg to St Kilda's adult playground with my cell tml..so will have to get up early..trying to do some work now..haha

I'm back from Melbourne

Hi everybody, I just came back from melbourne...im home alone now, cos my housemate is in tasmania now..n i miss daryl and melbourne and the people in melbourne a lot and a lot!!! sigh.... but i miss the people in adelaide too,haha looking forward to seeing them soon...I feel so lazy now..no motivation to make my lunch too..i have to go and top up my handphone credits card, buy groceries and do my enormous pile of homework, which i havent touched yet.....I'm so dead!!!but anw, i had a really great time in melbourne, didnt do much shopping though, did a lot more sightseeing..which was really nice..n i was really pampered by daryl in melbourne too :) took me out in his car, sent me everywhere, paid for my meals and a bit of my shopping, hehe, n spent quality time with me..despite his busy schedule..hehe thank you dear!!!! but i deserve it too rite, since i seldom get to spend time with him..haha

AND....I miss everybody in Singapore too!!!!but whenever i think of Singapore, i think of NTU
:( i don't wan to go back to school cos its going to be so stressful next semester.. I wish that i could stay here forever and that my friends and family in Singapore can come over here to stay..

Anw, i will be blogging abt what i was doing in Melbourne in the next few posts..probably blog in between my studying.. i have to go prepare lunch now, if not im gg to faint of hunger..

Happy birthday dear!!!haha im still awake, n its 2..actually daryl's bdae has jus passed, but oh well.. I seem to be sleeping so late nowadays.. ve eyebags already..The assignments are piling up in sch..sigh..but i'm going on holiday soon!!!flying off this sat early in the morning to Melbourne for 1.5 weeks..yay!! havent packed my bag yet though..Baked the cake today with Shi wei and sumi..but it has to be put in the fridge for 1 nite for it to set..can't wait to taste it! Then went out for dinner cos it was Shing's bdae, went down to renu's house for a while to chill out..n i jus came back 1 hour ago from the basement..I usually go downstairs to the basement to study cos my house is so dark, can't read properly..and the weather is so cold n windy n rainy..sigh..I prefer sunny weather a lot more..Its so cold now, n melbourne's gg to be colder!

Daryl's bdae card

i jus finished daryl's card..its super nice but not v photogenic..everybody who say it so far says its real nice..I finished it in 2.5 hours w shee laine..thanks Shee Laine! made a card for joanne too.. The card was quite frustrating to make at times..I designed the card, while sheelaine cut and drew e lines, cos i cant draw straight lines..haha..but all of yall shld see e card! Shee laine was saying that we can set up a card making business..hehe

haircut

I just came back from my $70 dollars haircut from Christos on Unley.. not bad.. i was quite happy with it, considering tt i always make a lot of noise right after my haircut..haha n the haircut was completely free! cos the owner of the shop sponsered a 70 bucks haircut for each woman present at the bU fashion parade..n these are self-taken photos from my labtop..

back again! after 1 agonising month of not having a fringe

Sheelaine's coming over soon to help me make daryl's bdae card..the materials are nice but damn ex..where got card cost 30 bucks wan....but i guess can use the materials to make other cards..hahan i hope we can make cheesecake tml..hopefully shiwei have time to teach me tml..the cake she made the other time tasted v nice, according to sheelaine, n it looks real nice too..

oh ya, shing and daryl was born on the exact same day, 13 sept 1984..n both live near each other, at hong leong in clementi..n they look alike, both are tanned,smell eyes, n sporty..oh mine

Adelaide Showground!!!!!

this is my favourite pic from adelaide showground..
I went to the adelaide showground yesterday with michelle and amanda..It was this really big fair with lots of activites to do there..There were so many things to see and there. I think that its one of the biggest carnivals in South Australia..There were pig racing shows, dog shows, competitions, sheep, pigs displays, wine tasting, lots of food tasting, and a lot of roller coaster rides, ferries wheels, family rides, soft toys, carnival games, marching bands, lots of food, milk bar and best of all........Show bags!!! Show bags are bags where they have many different things in it..like for example, they have a simpsons showbag, where they have all things Simpsons in the showbag, or a cadbury showbag, where they have all sorts of chocolates n a cadbury mug and other stuff in it.. but i bought the'girlfriend' showbag, 'surfagirl' showbag and the 'new woman' showbag..All the bags are worth abt 100 plus but cost 15 to 20 bucks only.. I show u the list of things in each showbag. This is the 'Girlfriend' showbag..It is worth 103 bucks but it cost me $15..There were 3 girlfriend magazines, the girlfriend tote bag, a sling bag, maybelline eyeshadow(but my showbag didnt have:( ), facial cleanser, Palmer's coco butter moisturiser, blusher,another cleanser, sweets and other vouchers

The surfagirl showbag had a beach towel, a tote bag, a surfagirl slingbag, surfagirl cap, lipgloss, nice slipper ties,woven bracelet and a key chain..but i will probably give away the surfagirl showbag too..hehe

The newwoman showbag was worth $194!!!!! but cost 18 dollars.. haha..im giving the bag and the umbrella to my mum.. I like the umbrella though

and i kinda of regret not buying this showbag.. but i think i wasted too much money on the showbags..haiz..got carried away with the novelty..but oh well.. I liked the ferris wheel ride..cos u could see the entire carnival from up there and the weather was really good..the carnival games were good too! oh and the fireworks was good too! I wished that we had spent more time though..I might go again next week with shee laine..see how..i havent uploaded the photos yet..it will be done next week

A guy made all these pickles and jams by himself..These are the places where pple sat around eatingthe marching band..really cool..they did formations and the musci was good

I loved the ferris wheel..as we went higher and higher, the view and wind got nicer and nicer.. I could see the whole showground from the topthese are the pics taken from the top of the ferris wheel

Glenlg sunset

These are photos of the sunset at Glenelg.. I went to the beach myself the other day..cos i needed to get some stuff from the town nearby and cos i wanted to catch the sunset..Shee Laine was supposed to go too..but she fell sick..I almost got knocked down by the tram at glenelg..cos rite I was standing btw the tram barrier and the the place where the tram travels..then i thot there was enough space btw there for me n e tram..but as the tram got nearer, I realised I was wrong..there wasnt enough space!!! and I couldnt get out..The tram honked at me and stopped so I could get out of the gap..luckily e driver didnt come down n scold me..haha anw the sunsed at glenelg was perfect..there wasnt a cloud in the sky..When u see the pics, u must notice the different textures I tried to cover in 1 photo.. This is the sun setting!
